I am pushing 10.5psi with the use of methanol. Car has a cam with upgraded valvetrain and stock heads though.

the stock bottom end can hold a lot, it's just how long.
If you want to keep it around for a while, i wouldnt run more than 8-10psi

We are pushing 13psi without problems going to 15psi (After fixing the fuel problems) soon on a stock bottom end. Q??(Turbo Kit) did 700'srwhp along time ago when they ran 15-16psi and dyno'd somewhere in the 700rwhp on a stock bottom end.

I'd think 700rwhp but eventually you might find the limitations of the stock pistons.

upgrading the pistions and rod bolts would be a good idea if you want to run 750...the rods and crank should be good for around 800 to 1000 but i would do the rods while you are in there cause they are only another $500-700. which to me aint bad to make sure your motor does not go kaboom

I think it has to do in part with the age of your motor, too. Mine was at about 72k, with probably 12k of that as a heads/cam/headers 400 rwhp M6. Of course, there's also the flipside of that: I know there are several high mileage FI cars that have been discussed on this site that seem happy to make lotsa power.

My motor did fine up until I went FI, where we started to see boost dropping off at mid-dyno run... and getting crankcase pressure. Turned out ol' #7 couldn't hold on... hadn't actually caused any problems yet, but it obviously was not going to handle the boost.

So if you've got a pretty young motor in there, maybe a careful tune and some methanol will allow 8-10 psi. No reason not to put it together and try...
