Congratulations. Excellent numbers. What does the CR end up being with a stock piston/6L head?

SAE is a correction factor, it doesn't arbitrarily make the numbers higher or lower, it corrects them to set atmospheric conditions. It can make the numbers higher if you dyno on a very hot day, or it can make the numbers lower if you dyno on a cool day in low elevation. STD corrected numbers are a bit higher than SAE corrected numbers, they're just different correction standards but SAE is the one primarily used.

I'm also very curious as to what the power curve looks like with 346ci and a t70 w/just a .68 exh housing. For comparison I'm running a T63 w/0.68 exh on EACH side of the motor(twin turbo 370) and I'm getting full boost by 3200.

I thought .68 was too small of an a/r for a front mount? What kind of numbers are you expecting out of that turbo?
***Kinda curious because I have the same size turbo and was wondering how it would perform if i slapped it in.. (quick boost/max power)
