Default Cutout

Well.. I tried searching.. But there seems to be a "technical difficulty" and it just won't do it.. I am wondering.. Where is the "best" place to put the cutout on a front mount turbo car? Pics would be wonderful. thanks!

Depending on your exhaust setup, a cutout on a turbo car could really alter your boost level, couldn't it?

Would it be enough to throw you off your tune?

most from what ive read put it after their downpipe, and yes a cutout will alter the boost level(usually) less backpressure=more boost/faster spool

I plan to put cutouts close to the turbo as I can, which will be a few feet away when I get around to that part of my build. Right now I just run open down pipes.

Maybe YOU can, but I sure wouldn't want to. I want it tuned just right by someone much more experienced than me and then just leave it there!

just get it turn with the cut out open, the tune will be off with the cut out closed but when you open it your good to go.
