Default 526 RWHP and 510 RWTQ from EPP

For those who haven't read my past threads I'm the guy who shipped his car to EPP to get most of the stuff that's in my sig installed. I'm extremely happy with the numbers that Bob and his crew where able to come up with. For those who don't know Bob has EFI live, which is what he tuned my car with along with his Mustang dyno. The only thing I can say is thanks Bob, you have fulfilled one of my dreams. Now with that out the way the below listed link will take you to my tire scorching monster. Let me know what you guys think of my dyno run printout... Thanks.

We installed a MSD fuel pump booster after we found we couldn't keep the fuel pump pressure up with one in tank Walbro fuel pump. We did notice with the MSD booster pump that voltage drops off in the upper rpm ranges, with the voltage dropping into the 11.0 range near 6000 rpm. Prior to installing the booster pump, horsepower didn't fall off as it is in this graph, although the car was running too lean. Bob

SWEEEEEEEEEET. Looks like you got yourself a damn powerful 10second car buddy. Good luck with it. Let us know some track times when you get the chance.

Awww WTF.... Bob, I have that same BAP and it makes me wonder...

Tirefire - sorry for the mini-jack but I have a related question...

My setup (60lbers, nasty nate rails, new feed with the stock 4 return, racetronix harness and pump, boost refd FMFPR) DIED at 550RWHP on a dynojet... just no fuel pressure... The BAP did swing up to around 18 VDC as the tubo spooled, but I didn't check it up top, I figured it just held on.... This was a first pull on the dyno so it was FAT too...

Anyone else with feedback on this unit?

No problem Frost, Bob did state something to the affect that if I were to ever forge the bottom end and wanted more boost I probably have to go with some sort of MSD ignition of some sort to keep my volts up on the boost a pump.. Don't quote me on that though....I'm assuming its sucking a lot of power...

Check this thread out that was started by KP. If a forged bottom end were added, I would consider adding this. Bob

Thanks for the info Bob.. As soon as I get my car back I'm probably going to add this racetronics hotwired kit. I already have one on my gn and it's pretty easy to install (plug and play). I believe it states it works with the MSD and KB BAP what do you think about it Bob...
http://www.racetronix.com/RX-F99-FPKG-2.html If you scroll down the page it goes a little in debt on the wiring harness..

Confused??? Did the boost a pump help out? I'm looking at installing it next week and bumping the boost a little.

Yes, the boost a pump did help out us out with the fuel delivery. The drop in voltage does seem to be a result that is not a problem on this car, as we don't want anymore power with the stock bottom end. Bob

Andy, I would leave it just the way it is until you add a forged bottom end. Bob
