Default head flow velocity

i know that on NA cars head flow velocity is as important as cfm but is velocity as important in boosted cars?

on boosted engines the air will be waiting on the valve to open its that quick

so then if i were to open up/port the runners "as much as possible" it would not hurt performance only improve it on an FI car?

porting the exhuast will help the most, yes port away
