Default Whats a good exhaust A/R....

What do you guys think a good A/R would be for say..a t-76 on a 355 LT1...I want full boost by 2500rpms..and Ill only be turning the engine to 6k(for engine/turbo life)...?? any suggestions...I might even go t-66...havent decided yet...

To hit boost that fast, you'll need a smaller unit like a 66mm or 70mm.

i wouldnt want to hit boost that soon.
1) you will blow the tires off to easy with all that torque down low
2) you will probably shorten your engine life more then if you would wind it out another 500rpm
3) backpressure will hurt performance and possibly your engine.

witha 355 id get a .96AR probably a 70mm-76mm depending on your power goals.

Try the .68 A/r on the T76...should hit full boost by 3000rpm. If your dead set on a smaller turbo, I have a T67 P trim .96A/r I could sell ya cheap... has about 500 miles on it. BTW, I want a ride in that bad boy when its done!

here..just send more pics and info to snyperracing01@aol.com Im very interested. Id rather go with my first choice which is the t-76..but money isnt exactly coming out of my @$$ right now and this isnt much smaller...

I'll hit ya up with pics tomorrow. I may have abuyer for the last kit I built including the turbo...I'll know more tomorrow. I just got the email about the kit tonight.
