Anyone know cheapest place to get 4" & 5" mandrel u bends for downpipe?

Default Anyone know cheapest place to get 4" & 5" mandrel u bends for downpipe?

Need to build my downpipe and going to try and run 5" till it needs to neck to single 4" out the back...

Im looking for the best price on 4" & 5" U-bends...

Anyone know a source?

I've used them for my smaller stuff, but needed tighter radius bends for downpipe. I went with woolf aircraft...not cheap, but can get bend radii the same as the diameter of the pipe

The last vehicle we did we bought a 4" diesal exhaust -stainless for $450. Worked perfect and alot cheaper than individual bends.

If I remember correctly, I believe FLP said they could do mandrel bends with 4" pipe. I would give them a quick call.

good prices...i bought a full 3" mandral bent cat back for my blown av for $217...
call mike at the phone number on the site...they have alot of stuff you dont see...he will give you prices...

If you only need a few try a local auto parts store that carries walker heavy duty parts, i purchased some 4 and 5 inch bends from my local Auto Value for pretty good prices.

If you need really tight bends, search for 4-6" donuts, which are welded up 2-piece donut rings of tubing you can cut to size. I've found them in aluminum, mild steel and stainle$$.
