Default Turbo, intercooler and fueling questions

I've got a T-76 here that I am looking to power a stock displacement ls1 with patriot stage 2 heads and a custom turbo cam. I'm looking to make 700rwhp-750rwhp. Will this turbo take me there? Rob Raymer did it with a t74 so I would assume the answer is yes.

Innovative Turbo 76mm turbo

compressor housing 4 inch inlet 2.5 inch outlet
76.60mm compressor inducer
102.44mm compressor exducer
2 1/2 inch Adel Wiggins ferrule outlet part number W903B40D-250
ball bearing center section
T4 turbine housing
4 inch V-band exhaust outlet
.96 a/r turbine housing
Balanced

As you can see, the outlet on the turbo is 2.5", what size pipe do I run to the intercooler? 2.5? then 2.5 or 3 to the throttle body? I am going to use a 32x12 intercooler, 3 or 4 inches thick. Would a 3" suffice or is 4" the way to go? This is all going into an rx7 so space is at a premium, but not to sacrifice performance

What size injectors for this goal? I saw that Rob used 94#. I want to get the appropriate size but not just throw money around for the fun of it on unnecessary items I plan on using Acceleronics box. Also, dual intank walbros to feed it through an 8AN line?

Thanks

if you havent got the wiring harness yet for your rx7 i would definatly get bs3 and some low impedance injectors (like 96's) it will be cheaper and better then getting a stock wiring harness, computer and tuning software.
if you already have your harness then some 60lb'ers should do

the turbo should be able to take you there, i think allot of people have gotten there with a similar sized turbo.

for the intercooler i would go with the 4" thick for that power level.
also most use 3" for their cold side piping then it must be stepped up to 4" at the throttle body.

I already have an LS1 with the harness lined up. Friend has a wrecked camaro. Curious though, why do you say use 96# with an aftermarket computer and then say use 60s with a stock computer?

96 because there more common, and not to expensive for low impedance.
60's high impedance will give you enough fuel for the HP your after and you wont have to run a driver box.

to rotate the housing around you just have to unbolt it then rotate, then rebolt.

That is excellent news that 60s will work! Forgive the newbie question, but I am a newbie with turbos, do the housings bolt in "slots" on the center section or are there only a few positions where it can be? I guess I'm asking can the housings be in any direction or are there a set few. The housing directions are fine right now I just need the center section to rotate 90 degrees for the oil return.

PS: You'd be surprised what UPS can do to a turbo

there are certain positions that the exhaust and compressor housing holes can go in, but there are allot of holes so its pretty much any direction you need.
