OFI 4" DP Install Pics
This week I finally got my new turbo setup on the street. OFI kit with an S85, 4" dp, and a/w intercooler. The 4" dp is a little tight (had to do some minor clearancing around the alt and steering linkage). But for a 4" dp that retains ac, it's worth the effort. I also made custom length Taylor wires for my truck coils that gives plenty of clearane around the headers. I'm still working thru tuning the car OLSD, but at 10 psi, 11.0 afr, and 10 deg timing it hauls ***. I'm still waiting on the rear exhaust piping (open dp right now). Big thanks goes out to Joel. He's really stepped up the past few weeks. I had some serious tuning issues initially (corrupted 3 bar sd os) and Joel was even calling me on Sunday to try and help out. I can't wait to get the tune finished with the boost turned up and get some dyno / track #s.

wow, thats really tight. I hope you have some kind of heat shielding down there, just as a preventive measure.
Other than that, it looks good man!
Edit: Damn those MGD's are catching up to me...nvrmnd I didnt pay attn to the alt shielding, lol!

Those crappy lifetime warranty units auto zone may just be your best bet.
