what is wrong with using a 98 computer.why do people upgrade to a 99 plus.thanks

people dont upgrade to the 99. (most dont) its not a simple process..

98 == 2bar <-lame...
99+ === 3bar

wiring harness, ecu, guage console, and some re doing of the pinouts...

Yeah, its a decent amount of work for us '98 guys

I'm going 2-bar HP Tuners. I won't be going over 12-14psi this year with the D1SC. Probably not even that much as I'm sure traction is going to be a huge limiting factor for me.
