thanks! intercooler is 30x12x3 w/3" inlets that is the only place that big sob could fit without losing my foggers. it is about 8to10 off the ground in first pic you can see it sits above the engine cradle

Looks good, the only thing that I dont really care for is if u stand infront of the car and look down you see a big gap between the bumper and the FMIC. Have you tried to do anything to close that gap? maybe some plastic molding? other then that looks great!

yes i will find somthing to fill it in thinking about some aluminum i got the intercooler with the kit so i had to make it fit. if i put it out in front like z1killa i dont think i will be able to keep my foglights i dont want to get rid of those.

Dredoggy, what about putting a dark mesh grill in license plate area? Not being able to keep my foglights on my car would be one of my biggest concerns if I were to put an FMIC on my car. I really like the way you have yours mounted but what I'm trying to figure out is dimension wise, what would the height of the FMIC need to be in order to not have that gap?

the hight is 12 i think 8 would work i could raise it up about 4 more inches but the inlets might not be accessable, but i already cut the front underneath so i might go with some mesh thats a good idea! i will fab somthing up soon and post them got a few things to try. either way i think that thing is going to cool some boost 9psi or so!

yea thats a sweet set up, intercooler is about the same size but notice no fog lights on it like the t/a so his could mount there. i would like to move mine closer to the front but it would only be another 3". so i will probally put a grill simalar tohis or some kinda mesh. but thanks for the reference.

ebay has some good stuff cheap and i have been running on this with no problems. i used 2.25" pipe and the bov works great you will have to fab it up but it has enough peices to get you were you need to be. i just used a bandsaw and a air grinder with a grinding stone to file down the rough edges. if you installed the sts kit yourself you should have no problem installing the pipe and intercooler. ill see if i can get some pics of how i ran the pipe for refrence but everyone has different points of view so you may like to run it a different way. check back for some pics later

length between foglight section of the front bumper is about 21 inches by 10 height by whatever thickness you want. If you look at the inside of the Trans Am front bumper's, you will notice that you either have to buy a real small intercooler 18"x12"x3" like most places sell, a REAL expensive custom built one, or a regular 31x12x3 and have to deal with that gap and also have to deal with somehow making brackets to keep your fog lights. Also the catch is that you will have to do something about the gap you see behind the front license plate "bird" cover. Mesh would be a good idea just to give it better appeal from up close.

just call me the necromancer lol
i like that, but curious, how did you run the piping itself to the intercool? im trying to figure out a way to run the pipes. i tryed runing a 3" pipe inbetween the radiator and engine but the radiator hose is in the way and pushes the pipe into the powersteering wheel. then i go under teh car to try and run a pipe under the car and run into some do hicky (have no idea what it is) box thats next to the AIR pump. WTF!!! is that thing? that thing is all in the way!!
