Default Valve Chatter

I just recently finished my SuperCharger install and had it out for the first time last night. I done everything by the book, had my Computer reflashed for my setup everything. And when a put a load on it, I have valve chatter. Could it be the gas I'm running. (93 octane). Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated.
Thanks, Have A Great Weekend and God Bless Our Troops and the U.S.,

"valve chatter" you mention, is likely detonation..
I'd strongly suggest you stay off the pedal, until it's diagnosed. Rattling the engine so much, you think it's the valves, WILL lead to destruction.
LOTS of items to check:
1. Fuel pressure? Idle and at boost.
2. What do the plugs look like?
3. How much boost are you running?
4. Timing?
5. Inj sized to FWHP?

These are just a start in finding what's going on. I'm sure others will chime in..

I think there is a lot of info not mentioned. How about a quick run down of your setup.

5. Inj sized to FWHP? (Ford Green tops 42lbs)

Well i know you dont want to hear this but you really need to get a tune on a dyno with a professional. There is no way i would trust mixing n20 and boost with an emailed tune.

I haven't used the nitrous yet,but Bryan said I could. And I would love to find a tuner sort of close and get it tuned the right way. Don't get me wrong Bryan does a great job. Just want to fine tune it.
Thanks Again,

You certainly should not be hearing knock, especially if you're not even going wide open throttle. You may of gotten a bad tank of gas at that Citgo station. I'd drain the gas and get a tank of gas at a different station. Bob

Bob, THANKS!!! Someone else told me the samething. I was thinking of trying octane booster to bring it up a little. And the way gas is right now I don't know if there was 93 octane in the 93 pump. at 4.10 a gallon it better be.
P>S> Bob I will be in contact with you very shortly.
Thanks Again for your help and have a great Sunday,
John Junkins

Octane boost won't do much for you, it will raise it from 93 to 93.3-93.5, thats about it. Mix some race fuel in there to get the octane up. Or drain the tank and start over with some 100 oct unleaded and try again.
