Default stock ls1 springs?

I plan on running 7-8lbs with a d1sc on a stock bone stock ls1, should or do I have to change the valve springs or will the stock springs be able to hold the extra blower pressure?

Dammit. I was hoping to get away with using them.

Sorry, I would recommend PSI or Patriot duals.

If you are tight on cash and only running 7-8psi, the LS6 valvesprings are affordable and working great on my car with the same boost. If you want to go higher than that, you will need better springs. But these work fine with low boost.

Cool I'll definetly consider that, thanks.

Comp 918's here with 7 p.s.i. and no problems, just a little noisy!
