which intake is this? how do ya tell the difference from an ls6 and ls1,2

that an ls1,

it has the egr port right there behind the TB. the ls6's do not.

HOWEVER, the only way to tell an ls1(non-egr) and an ls6 is the under side of the intake. ls1's are wavy, to the ls6's are flat.
or you can reference the serial number.

I think about a 15hp difference is what you get.
It does flow a lot better than the base LS1 intake.
