just installed a new racetronix fuel pump. wired everything up fine. it fired up a few times in the drive way. when i took it out for a test drive i blipped the throttle and then the car just stalled? i turned the key to start the motor again but it wont. fuel pump primes but theres no fuel at the rail. checked all fuses and they're okay. i tried starting it about ten times but it drained the battery(voltage at or just below 10v) and now i gotta jump start it and get some juice to the battery

any ideas? im going to pull the fuel pump and check if anything's wrong with it

edit-this is what i replaced before installing the pump-fpr and fuel filter

Could be that the intank plumbing is faulty... It'll still go thru the prime cycle, but no fuel will be transferred.

you sir was correct. the plastic hose popped off the steel hose that goes in the feed line. i guess i didnt crimp the locking washer hard enough and it pooped off. its running again :-)
