Default Blew the injectors out of rail

As the title stats
Was doing sum tuning last night and got the boost up to 16.8psi
base pressure running is 59psi and 1:1 reg. when the second pump comes on it ups the pressure by 4-5psi so I would say at full boost im around 80psi of fuel pressure.

Did three back to back pulls and on the second run the car shut off at the top of seconded gear....(like it lost all elec) I let out of it and rolled back into it and it seemed to run fine all the way back home. got home checked a couple things and went back out to see if the scanner would pick up why it shut off.

Right at the top of second gear it shut off again and I instantly smelled raw e85. and the afr gauge went dots(lean) I shut the car off immediately.
popped the hood and there was fuel sitting on the intake,
with key on the fuel sprays out the rail side of the injector. any thoughts??
