Default Injectors powering down?

So I'm trying to tune my 1999 camaro to the bottle (tuned n/a already)but problem is it hasn't got there. I tried to tune my car 3 times but every time before they put it on spray they do a test run to check the fuel and it turns out the injectors are being pulled out of enrichment at about 5k! First the shop thought it could of been an msd box that was linked to the car, so I got rid of it then they said it has to be the pcm so they ordered me a new PCM but nothing, still the same problem. It's not a pressure problem it's something's telling the system to power the injectors down at 5k. I've had problems with tuning with a bad or weak ground but if it was a ground it wouldn't be only at a certain rpm right? It would be an ongoing problem. Has anyone ever ran into this problem? I need help!

I hope so one can help out...thanks guys

Default

you are going to have to explain more details or post a log & tune of the vehicle. Specifically a log of it doing what you are saying.
