looking for a fuel pump/injector combo to support 4-500whp
ive been looking at racetronix pumps and was wondering if there 255 would be up too the task with properly sized injectors of course.. and how do there pumps stack up too others?
should i just get a walbro255 or even a aeromotive pump..
thanks! and as far as injectors go should i be looking in the 50-60# range.. running a corvette fuel filter/reg so i should be at 58psi and in running a turbo setup

Helen Keller could make 500rwhp with a turbo LS anything. I think you need to reevaluate how much power you plan to make.
Ported heads/cam/headers will make 425-450rwhp on a stock LS1 n/a and have instant throttle response.
A stock LS1 has made over 850rwhp with turbos/inj/tuning.
Walbro makes a 450lph e85 friendly pumps. Above 500rwhp you would want 2. Bigger lines and better fuel pressure regulator.
Do more research and overbuild the fuel system. Making another 200-500rwhp on top of 400rwhp n/a is simply a matter of having enuf octane and turning up the boost with a properly sized turbo/inj.
Methanol injection and 91 octane work well together under boost.

perfect thanks!!!!
ill be good to go with my 50# injectors then
now for fuel pumps, ive been researching on the racetronix 255 pump cheaper than the walbro's but do they stand up the same..
ive had bad luck with my last 2 walbro pumps
