Default New FPR. Where is the other regulator?

Swapped to a Aeromotive 13129 and new rails. After junking the new rails because they leaked so bad, I put the new reg on the end of the factory fuel rail. I've made several adjustments and hasn't changed AFR even at idle. So, when I swapped to the dual pumps in my tank, I can't remember if there was a factory fuel regulator in there or noT. Is the factory regulator in the factory rail on a 98?

To my knowledge the regulator is in pump bucket. The thing on stock fuel rails, is a fuel pulsator??

I thought I had read somewhere before that it was in there but I honestly can't remember seeing anything that would resemble it. Anyone else have pics or anything?

I'm guessing now I just need to take the regulator out of the tank and simply run the hose from the pumps to outside the tank. Let the new regulator deal with the rest.
