To much fuel on driver side

To much fuel on driver side I just swapped my motor in my 2005 Chevy 1500 5.3. the problem is it has a ruff idle. Got it hooked up to a computer it is putting twice as much gas on the driver side then the passenger side. I swapped the injectors over an found it that my driver side fuel rail has something loose in it. I don't know if that has anything to do with it but figured I would include that. It did run fine before.
