Default I need advise on an external fuel pump

Whats is the norm?? I need to support 520fwhp in rough terrain offroad. What psi do I want? How much gph? What do I need for a regulator? I will be using a filter before and after the pump, what microns for each? I will be using steel braid lines for the fuel, I know someone make a fitting for the stock lines out of thr rails, but where can I find them? Thanks in advance.

100 micron before the pump, 40 or lower after the pump. The Bosch 420lph sounds like the best pump for your situation. Any external regulator will work, but keep it as close to the rail as possible. Most people use aeromotive. If your running an LS-1, keep the fuel psi around 58 psi.
Check the fuel section at www.ls1speed.com out. They have alot of the parts, including the hard to find Bosch 420 pump.
