Default SS fuel line questions, -6an

i'm curious if these'll work together...

these earls fittings
http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...166ERL&FROM=MG

with this stainless braid hose

http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...-29425&FROM=MG

i cant afford the earls hoses, them being three times the price, and i don't wanna use those cheesy hose clamp things that are made by the same manufacturer as the cheaper hose... they use band clamps with covers that look like the nice stuff. anyone have any experience in this kinda thing?

summit isnt loading for me, atleast on those pages, but as long as its braided SS AN line its ok. You don't have to buy Earls brand line to work with their fittings, unless you use some of their newer/weirder/cooler an fittings.

as far as cost goes, you dont have to use earls fittings either. some of the summit stuff is nice, and you can usually find the fittings a tad bit cheaper on ebay.

Earl's fittings are pain to work with, I would recommend aeroquip fittings(And also I think they are cheaper anyway). I would use summit hose part number SUM-230620.

That hose you've linked to is only rated at 50psi....you'll want to do something better than that if you're planning on using it for your entire fuel sys. on an LS1 setup....
