Default Racetronix fuel system

Hey, I just bought one of these from Thunder, and it came with instructions for the in-tank pump, but not for the wiring harness. Is it supposed to come with instructions?

They don't come with instructions for the wiring harness as the harness itself is marked.

For some reason the instructions for the wiring harness never seem to be included - there are instructions however, I contacted Racetronix and they sent them to me...

Matt

Matt is right. I got the wiring from him and no directions. It is self explainitory. But it would be nice to see how others rout the wiring.
And I was hung up a sec on the plugs. One goes to the tank and one to the existing wiring harness.

My wires run along side of the fuel lines. The rely is screwwed on the front of the left shock tower and the power wire goes down to the alt.

There is a little extra wire there, so I'm coiling it up on the tank and tying it off with wire ties.

I hope this helps a little.

Not necessarily. Some do get instructions. I was sent them by someone who DID get them, and later Racetronix also sent them. They were also very helpful. if anyone needs them email racetronix and they will send them to you by email. Id post them but at the bottom of the email it says not to, probably because they dont want people copying or making their own.

Racetronix kits DO come with instructions. I am not aware of specific instructions for the wire harness portion. Could they exist? Sure. But I haven’t seen any.
