Default Racetronix install...Price?

I have decided that I don't want to tackle this job, for more than 1 reason. I have a buddy that is a GM mechanic that is going to do it for me. We didn't talk $, but I just want to make sure that I pay him the "right" amount. What does a job like this normally cost at a shop?

Thanks!

He should know the going dealer rate of what the fuel pump replacement is (not cheap).
I'm sure he will give you discount off the total price, but ask him what he will charge.

No idea about cost, but be sure that he knows it's not like a normal fuel pump install. I am sure your friend is quite knowledgable but I just hate those who go into the job (esp dealership mechanics) thinking that they know exactly what to do. Good luck with it.
