Default Need some advice?!?!?

I have a 02' Z28 w/ LT's, lid, and the X-1 cam. It made 380 rwhp. I just put a NOS plate system on the car. So which fuel pump would be the best to use if I am gonna spray a 150 shot on it? Would the Walbro 255 work or would I need the Racetronix hot wire kit with the pump? The stock injectors will work right?? Thanks........Cody

The Racetronix kit uses a modified Walbro 255 pump so it works and fits in the factory bucket. It is always a good idea to get a hotwire kit with the pump as the new pump sucks more power than the stock wiring can handle.

Your 02' will require the Racetronix F99-FPKG-2 shown here:

http://www.racetronix.com/RX-F99-FPKG-2.html

The Racetronix fuel pump assembly is designed from the ground up to be a direct fit for the factory pump.

The Racetronix harness will guarantee that the the high-performance fuel pump will operate at maximum performance giving you added HP support and insurance for your motor.

These systems can be purchased through an authorized Racetronix dealer / forum sponsor listed on our web page or direct via our web page.

Thanks for considering a Racetronix system.

It is a good idea to replace the fuel filter at the same time. Keep an eye on your fuel pressure for the first little while to make sure everything is 100% before you hit the laughing gas.
