Default LS1 EGR Removal question

I just ordered block off plates for the EGR and AIR. What do I do with all of the extra tubing that comes off of the car, because I know I can't just leave it there. Does anyone have a step by step writeup for this??

To remove AIR, you take the line from the air pump (driver side front) and remove it up to either the valve or the T behind the intake, and both sides of the tubes. For EGR, you need either a block off or a expandable freeze plug to plug it up. Undo both 15mm bolts to take the EGR bracket off the head, then take the two 10mm bolts from the manifold. Finally the 10mm bolt in the intake. You will need a tune for this as it will throw a EGR flow code.

I will definitely invest in a freeze plug before I do this

Its a 1 3/8s plug that fits best.
