Default Fuel Injector Sizes

I have a '99 T/A WS6. I have a FAST TB and intake (78mm). I also have a new LS1 air lid. Do you have a suggestion on changing my stock injectors? What size, what make, etc...? I don't want to give up a lot of gas mileage, but I would give a little to get more performance with the changes I've made.

Your far from having to change your injectors. I used my stock injectors when I had heads and cam. No need to change until you really go all out...........But if your still interested I have some 30# injectors that I'm selling

When you're ready for new injectors, just make sure to get them flow-matched (it's cheap and worth a few hp, easier when you go to tune it, too), eg. www.rceng.com's.

When you make more mods than what you said above, they also have a calculator of what size to get... or whether to upgrade your injectors at all...

Thanks for the input! I guess I can put my money into some other mods.

I always go for the biggest injectors you can get. It don't matter if they are overkill for your engine. If you are injecting at 95% now, you are spraying raw fuel onto a closed inlet valve for up to 70% of the time. Lots of puddles.

The bigger the injector, the more you use when your inlet valve is OPEN, the less spray when its closed.

Do some 60s from Mototron. Bob at EPP has them.
