Default 10 bolt, 4 channel, 3.42 rear end will it work in my lt1?

Im looking at buying this rear end from a buddie, its a 3.42 10 bolt. I don't know if it will work with my 94 lt1. My car has a 3.23 rear end as of right now. He said it has abs and tcs. My question is will the 4 channel rear end work with my lt1 car and i still have abs. Dont care about tcs since i dont have it anyway. I don't wanna have to rig anything up to make this work. Thanks Calvin

The rear will physically bolt in and work in your car, but your ABS will not be working. ABS only cars have a plug that connects at the top of the center section, and the ABS/TCS cars have a plug outboard by the brakes. If you use this rear without the ABS, your front ABS won't work either, and you'll end up with old school non ABS brakes, meaning that if you press hard on the brake pedal, you can make some impressive looking skid marks. A lot of people, including me, don't like ABS anyway. Bob

I prefer ABS, it has saved my azz more than once, but some could care less about it.
