Default 1310/1350 u joint conversion help

Ok I just bought a moser 9 inch with the 1350 yoke. I'm using the stock driveshaft but i need to change the u joint. I purchased the napa 447 u joint and it does not fit. It seems like the 1310 caps are slightly different then the stock caps, or the 1310 side is slightly longer. I cannot fit the c clips on the inside of the driveshaft to keep the u joints in. Am i missing something I have looked all over ls1tech trying to find someone with the same problem with a soloution.

U don't have 1310...unless you have like a 68 camaro

You need the 3r by 1350 which is neapco 2-1153

See your local driveline shop for them....and if you are racing this car, leave a deposit for a new shaft with them too...

Hmm, the Napa 447 is what we have always used for the f body's when using the stock driveshaft with a 1350 yoke on a Moser rear. Bob

no i'm not gonna be racing it anytime soon so the stock should do me fine for now. But when I get closer to that i'll have a driveshaft made of something.
