10 bolt

I got a 01 ss and my car has a constant whine noise,I had Richmond 373 gears installed and all new bearings and still I got a constant whine,could it be a bad axle,I changed axle bearings also.

It's the richmonds...known for their whine...I bought richmonds oringinally...read too many threads on how they whine, took them back a week later and got motives..

Another +1 for the Motives. Consistent feedback from friend's cars made it clear that the Richmond gears whine really bad. I only get a light whine with my Motives at a certain, small part of the band.
