Limited Slip? I have a '99 Camaro I bought new. I thought I bought it with limited slip and have even used the LS additive when changing the oil. I have noticed a bump feeling when accelerating from a stop and had it up on jacks to check the driveline. The u-joints feel ok and don't feel to have any play but the wheels turn in opposite direction just like it had an open differential. Could the LS be worn out and acting that way?
Torsen will spin opposite until one wheel has some back-torque. At
this age it'd be a real good idea to pull the cover and see what's in
the pumpkin. I had lots of shavings at under 30K.
