last friday night i was playing with an import on the highway and when i went to shift to third at WOT the car kicked right back out of gear. the car then violently shook,thats the best way i can describe it. since then it has been driving fine, etc. no noticible problems with any of the gears, shifting, staying in gear, etc. i am concerned about how the car banged like that though. do you think anything could be or is wrong and is there anything i should watch out for? thanks alot

Are you sure you didn't hit 1st instead of 3rd? Happens a lot.
