another ring and pinion #8
Pulled the rear end apart to inspect it account of noise. We could not find any
defects at all, ring and pinion looked mint, all bearings smooth, break away torques ok.WTF could be causeing all this noise? It was untolerable in the car
after a visit to the track.Drove it home easy and pulled it down. You could here
every tooth on coast down to a stop.

Solid pinion spacer and a new set of 430's and it's quieter than ever, hope it lasts. The diff was inspected and no defects were found,It was cyrogenicly treated at one point
along with all it's metalic internal components.Sliped it in with a customers rotating
assy when it went for the deep freeze.
