Default 4.10 or 4.30 for TRex

Which gear would be a better choice for the TRex cam. I drive the car about 5,000 miles a year on the street, and it will get plenty of track abuse. I have my shift light set at 6800 with a 7200 limiter. Will I be leaving a lot on the table by going with the 4.10s over the 4.30s? I would go with the 4.30s if I knew that they would help out my times quite a bit and were a reasonable gear on the street. What would you guys go with?
