Default Driveshaft making a whining noise??

Has anyone had there stock aluminum driveshaft make a whining noise between 30-40mph?? It sounds like a bearing is out in the rear, but they have all been replaced, and we narrowed it down to the drive shaft. It also appears that the driveshaft is out of round as well. It just started making the noise as soon as the rear end was rebuilt, and the car only has 2500 miles, anyone else heard of this? The car is an A4 with stock converter.

Are you positive that it is not your rear end making the whining? That is pretty common, but I am not sure how a driveshaft could whine ?? <img src="images/icons/confused.gif" border="0">
