Default 3 or 4 channel?

I have a 98 A4 Z28, am wanting to put 3.73's in but need info... Do I need a 3 or 4 channel rear? I have ABS, and POSI but no traction control. Also, anyone know of any place near Colorado that would have a used one?

I want to say, that a car with no traction control is a 3 channel setup,( I could be wrong though).
