Default What Differentials do you guys use in your 9"???

I have a Moser 9" with 35 spline axles with spool in my 2000 TA. As fun as the Spool is, it is not very good for the street in the area that i live. Just looking to see what people are using to make my decision. Thanks

I have a Strange Pro nodular Case with 35 splines axles and a detroit locker. Absolutely love it but the Locker does make some noise. I don't mind it though.

i think your only choice other than the spool is the detroit locker since you have 35 spline axles.

I have a Detroit Locker but would love to go to a TruTrac if they ever make it for 35 spline.

Pros :
Only a spool is stronger

Cons:
Can be noisy
Pulls a little, (left and right) during accel/decel during normal driving.

I have a locker and love it.

Detroit Locker is your best choice if you are tired of dragging wheels around corners. ARB Requires a seperate compressor and too many working parts that can tend o go bad and when that happens you might as well just have an open differential.

Why doesnt anyone make 33 or 35 spline diffs suitable for both street use, and track. Lockers suck.

Id say that if Quaife were approached. They would do a custom run of any spline combo requested on their ATB range. Although they do a min order of 10 units for custom orders.
Quaife wouldnt be cheap for you guys either given exchange rates.
