MWC Fab 9
Im running the MWC Fab 9. Midwest Chassis narrowed my rear end 2.5" per side for a total of 5". Im Running 15x10 Rear Weld RTS Wheels with a 5.5" Backspace.
I also run 15x10 Centerline Convo Pros with a 5" Backspace. Either Rear wheel will work. You might have to run a 5/16" wheel spacer on each side to gain Caliper Clearence.
You will probably have to grind the rear LS1 Brake calipers & shave your rear end bump stops for inner wheel well clearence that you will need.

I know mine is getting built this week in the next batch are rear ends to go out. Yes it has been a bit if a wait time but I planned accordingly and knew it would be a bit. I just can't wait for this to arrive at my doorstep. I am fine waiting on a quality product that is not a off the shelf rear.

Great news for a lot of customers and bad news for the competition... shipping time will drastically be reduced very soon on MWC rearends! The inventory stacks are growing rapidly and we are streamlining our production here so things are gonna be a lot different.

Some fappage material
Quick question... its normal for the 3.35" bearings for the h1136 strange ends to protrude out of the housing an 1/16 to 1/8 roughly right? Thought I remember it being mentioned but just wanted to double check. Everything looks good just need to plumb the rear brakes with some fittings and braided line and I'm good to go. Also do you have to order the caps/hardwarw for the yoke for the ultra case? I never got any.

All the housing ends other than our flush mount style ends for oem brakes will have the bearing stick out slightly. This centers the caliper plate accurately and retains the bearing at the same time.
If you want a u-joint girdle you need the Moroso 85830. I can get you one if need be, but is not normally included.

The 1136 ends are for the full race double row style bearing, and is a 3.350 size. This is what I used on rearend builds like Eddie Krawiec and Ohio Boys where you are using 40 spline axles and have a bunch of power. Brakes are limited to the best race brakes on the market... Strange.

How are you guys getting yours delivered? Just wondering if it needs to be unloaded at a dock or if the driver can use a pallet jack to get it to the end of the trailer and unload it with a fork lift.

I was told it could be up to $150 extra, not sure I want to pay that much more. It sure would make it 10x more convenient and far less stressful than having to deal with a local 3rd party though.
