Default Good tech./sales person at strange?

Hello everyone.

I want to order a strange S60 with all the options and want to deal with a custormer rep thats good. Have any of you out there dealt with a good person for customer service/tech. and sales. Did a search on this subject and it did not look good as far as good customer service, is this still the case?

Thanks in advance for any help that you guys can provide.

you are always better off to buy from a dealer than direct... your chances of the customer service you want and build time seems better this way.

Thanks for the advice SSvert.

So if there were any problems that might arise with the finished product I would go to the dealer and not to the manufacture? just curious how that might play out.

depending on the situation, i do as much as i can for my customers. after that i have the customer deal directly with the manufacturer to handle whatever arises that needs to be addressed by a warranty. you are always better off to be represented by a dealer in these situations.
