Default Ultimate Factories - 2010 Camaro

This aired tonight on the National Geographic Channel and was very good. Nice to see the start to finish of the car. But, I still laughed when I saw the orange peel after the "precise" painting process!! Some things never change!!

Enjoy!

I liked how they kept playing up the v6 even though they were showing the v8 half the time. Still good though.

It really looks like GM did it right with the Camaro. I never saw so many robots doing all the work; very nice. I need to take a closer look at the dealership. (There will always be orange peel in the paint. It's a Camaro, not a Rolls Royce.)

^^Ya, exactly what i was thinking. Humans make mistakes and just don't give a ****. Reminds me of that GM Superbowl commercial with the robot losing its job.

The amount of robots is actually about normal and they've been doing that for many years now.

My feelings, exactly... The less people that touch it during manufacturing, the BETTER. I've never seen a hung-over robot.

I watched it but was a little disappointed in it. I got annoyed when they were showing the V8 but building the V6.
