Meth install and Tune
For those who dont know I have had my share of issues with my car since allowing someone other than myself to work on it. I have done every upgrade and install on my car. I also had extensive tuning experience creating maps for motorcycles in early 00's . I have however not done any tuning on cars.
That being said I took my car to Don at SlowHawk for a new tune and incorporating the meth kit I installed over the winter. I went with Alky control for Obvious reasons.
Don is a patient honest and reasonable technician who has made my car run better than it ever has before. He addressed calibrations that were manipulated tables that were askew and explained every single issue and its remedy in great detail. In addition to being a Police Officer I was raised and worked in many shops and he is a rare bird in this business. I highly recommend seeking him out as well as heeding any advice or knowledge he cares to share.
I look forward to supporting him in any way I can and I implore all those looking to modify their LS based creations to do the same. I will post videos and pictures if there is an interest.
My mechanical mods are:
2010 Camaro SS LS3
EdelBrock E force RotoFab CAI
ID 850 Injectors ZL 1 Fuel Pump Adm FPCM
JBA Long tubes Cat Delete Borla exhaust.
Alky Control Meth KIt
Tuned BY SLOWHAWK

mid 11s? really? you should be faster than that boosted. I'm running cam and blower at 8.7 in 1kft...which is about a 10.5 in the 1320'. Only 9psi. When I was boost only at 11psi I was within half a second or where I am now.

Not necessarily. My first 1/4 mile pass at 750 RWHP took about ten minutes. By the time they brought the tractor, hooked up the tow strap...
