Default So the 2010 is no longer a hatch back??

Correct me if I'm wrong. Will there be a hatch back at all?

Your rattles are from shitty shocks, not because of it having a hatch.

Not the hatch rattling. More likely the plastic panels back there where the speakers are, and the little flip cover.

A friend of mine has both a system and loud exhaust (cammed, catless and cutout) the hatch doesn't rattle from either of these (I know, I was surprised too).
BTW if you are on stock shocks they are not fine, they are the sole reason these cars have rattles in the first place.

Between the Konis and weld on SFCs, mine has 0 dash / panel / hatch rattles after 75K miles and five autocross seasons. My dual rod ended LCAs are another matter entirely...

I kinda feel like arguing with you, but I just don't care that much.
I still prefer a trunk to a hatch. Now let me get back my and shitty shocks.

Just trying to help a fellow Fbody enthusiast out, ditch those shitty DeCarbon shocks for some quality ones and you wont believe its the same car (think BMW).

I know your right, I'm having fun going straight now, but probably going to do a 6spd conv., and go back to corners once I blow the 4l60e this season. Nothing like passing bmw's in the corners with our "antiquated technology" and solid axles.

I have a loud exhaust, stiffer suspension thats lowered, and my SS is a '98 with around 77,xxx miles. No rattles at all.

True...though my Z28 also doesn't have any creaks or rattles...even with it's now 9+ year old original/stock shocks.
