suspension noise
I just bought a 2000 z28 and when I bought it a couple days ago( ride along test drive) it didn't make noise. Drove it today and heard a bunch of squeeking. What are th we typical suspension parts that wear more than others? Could this simply just be bushings?

With the cold weather its likely the bushings. Is it the front or rear?
Check the swaybar "D bushings", those are known to make noise when they get worn/dry.

My panhard bar and trailing arms were lose and needed to be greased. My exhaust also is bolted to my floor boards under the back seats and has rattled loose. This is where we found that I have no cats and because of the 2" drop the 2 1/2" exhaust is too big, resulting in rubbing the floorboards and scraping the ground. In the front it's just sway bar end links flexing and wearing out the rubber. At least I don't have to replace everything but do y'all know of a cheap yet awesome exhaust system. I can't seem to find the $88 high flow cats I saw in summit years ago.
