Does anyone know what these things are called or where to get them?
I'm really not sure where to put this, but...
I am looking to make my own hood lock pins, but I don't know what the parts in RED are called or where to get them.
I know the weird looking nut, on the bolt, has a close looking screw counter part called a cam screw or worm screw, but I can't find the nut.
As for the lock, I figured it's called a tube lock, from others that i've found, but I can't find one with an end like that. The part with the little T pin, that goes into the nut.
And i'm not interested in hearing the obvious retorts of "Just buy those". If they would work, i wouldn't bother with this post!
Some help would be great, guy! Thanks!

They look like some kind of locking dzus (zues) nut. After a quick search I found these:

Hope that helps.

They would not be that hard to make.... cut the proper size cold roll to length and face them off on a lathe. Drill thru it before you make the three cuts with the mill. Trim the
bolt down on the lathe to get a press fit to the part you made, press it on and tack weld it. The bottom pin appears to be a regular old roll pin.
If you do not have a bridgeport, lathe or welder you could always buy a $30 hood pin kit.
