whats the best way to get rid of powersteering oil off exhaust wrap? My car recently started smoking from the engine bay. found out my PS pump was leaking. I finally replaced it yesterday and it still smokes after i go WOT acouple of times. I see no leak so the only thing i can think of is left over PS oil.
the turbo exhaust and crossover pipe is right under the PS pump and since its wrapped i cant just wash it off.
is there any solution i can put on like maybe those "purple power" stuff and just wash it down?
I have a steamer aswell but due to space it wont reach all the tight spaces.
removing it and rewrapping with new one is my last resort as its a tight fit and will be time consuming to remove the turbo and all the piping. time i do not have at this time.
any ideas?
