Default small smoking problem, need to figure it out exactly what it may be.

i have a 98 ss with a mild cammed lq9, cnc'd 241 heads with upgraded springs etc. Car has a base tune i may add, if that matters any.
if i let the car idle is shoots out small white smoke and sometimes it will not.
if im in the gas, no smoke at all.
if im driving and come to a stop, bam smoke.
3 spark plugs get wet, nice amount of oil on them.
car has full power and runss like a champ..smoking is annoying and needs to be fixed.

thinking my vavle seals are bad, what do you guys think?wanna fix this before i go back on the dyno

Easy enough to check, oiling down like that the seals on those cylinders will have obvious damage if that the trouble. Check those guides too, if the guides are worn it will wear the seals quickly.

Valve seals.

Very hard to see if you have double springs, but pull some valve covers and check if any look amiss or rode up the stem.

Could be valve seals or coolant burning from somewhere. Are you sure it's white smoke and not a light blueish color?

Do a compression and leak down test just to rule it out the move on to valve seals etc
