Default 4 pin alternator - How do I wire?

I have a 4 pin alternator from a 2000 or so chevy truck. What do i need to do to get it to charge? I obviously have the big wire from the batt to the main lug but not sure where to hook up the wire to energize it to start charging. A diagram would be great if someone has one. I think I need a diode??

The Wire from C2 (red) pin 15 on the pcm should go to pin B on the Alt, no diode
