Default Pick the real SS spoiler light

One is original, one was made from a light off a 3000 GT.
Can you tell which is the original, the first pic or the second pic?

The first pic would seem to be the SS light since the fit seems better. Both look good though.

That's exactly what I was thinking when I looked but both are very similar!! Never noticed that before.

I say the first since it seems to fit more flush...but then again that could be the 3000 gt one that was swapped if the ss one didn't fit flush....TRICKY TRICKY

I'll go with number 1 seems to fit better, and the 3 screws at the bottom seem to have washers on them on the second pic.

Don't pay attention to the screws. Neither are stock screws. I have two cars one with the stock light and one with the one I made. Here are some pics of making the 3000GT light.

The first pic is the 3000GT light modified to fit.

The real SS is in the second pic, it's in the garage, you can see my reflection in the paint better. The screws were breaking through the plastic so I put those crappy washers on a long time ago.

The first pic is the 3000GT light on the spoiler I painted, it's got some orange peel.
Here are two more pics of the two at different angles. First pic you can see the old hole expoxied over (3000gt light), second pic you can see the ugly screws and SLP on the light (real SS light).
Guess I did a good job

Your definately did a good job. I only said #2 because it looks older and has been faded by the sun. just curious why did you have to do this?
