How many miles did your car have on it when it was modded for the first time? I'm looking to get a 98-02 Z28 / Trans Am, and just wanted to see how many miles were on the car when it was modded.

I'm probibly going to find one with about 100K miles on it, and just wanted to see how everyones cars held up to mods (Bolt-ons & internals).

Did bolt ons at 90k, and cam at 100k... still going strong, recent dyno had it still running a spot on AFR and identical power to a year ago when I got it tuned after the cam.

got mine at 76000.....it was stock and did all mods myself after buying it

When I had mine I put all the bolt-ons at 56K. LS1's are tough motors....then again they're just like every other motor, if they're not taken care of then they fail. Just make sure it's in good running condition and you'll be good to go.

I bought mine with about 60k bone stock. Started modding soon after and still running strong at 74k.

I think the owner before me put the exhaust on at around 3,000 miles.

Put my procharger on at 100,000 miles. Put the Cam in at 116,000 miles currently have about 122,000.

did all my bolt ons at 58000 miles. i daily drive my car. its a auto. i drive it hard. it now has 78000 on it.

bought the car with 68k put cat-cack on week after I bought it.. the current set up(check sig) was done at 75k plan on putting a cam in soon

I started mine at about 107k.. Then she spun/stacked a few rod bearings @ 109XXXk bc I didn't check my oil .. Damn hills.
