Body control module: Light on when door handle pulled up/key in ingnition reminder Good morning,
I remember when I first got my car when the vehicule was locked you could pull the door lever from the outside and the inside lights would light up even though you haven't unlocked it. That feature no longer works for me.
Also when you left the key in the ignition it wouldn't let you lock the door using the button on the door without removing the key first. Now that feature has been disabled and I know how to re-enable it but it triggers my alarm system. Is that caused by the body control module being bad?
